We are an independent Italian company, established in Milan, with operational headquarters in Sanremo, born as a holding company, on the initiative of a group of professionals and developed in the field of corporate consulting, participations and mergers. Our working group is composed of professionals of wide experience and it is specialized and multidisciplinary with the aim of taking care of business consultancy, mergers, acquisitions and the development of business development projects.The core business of Media Inter contemplates today different diversified activities, both in the national territory and in the near Switzerland and France, the operative office in Sanremo physiologically operates in the near France and through consolidated alliances begins to operate in Switzerland. We are also evaluating with great attention the real estate development in the social-health sector, through research, selection and feasibility studies aimed at the acquisition of land and/or buildings to build modern Nursing Homes (RSAs) and/or Functional Rehabilitation or Neuropsychiatric Clinics, the pandemic has in fact highlighted the criticality of the sector that in our opinion leave room for operators who move outside the old patterns.
